All jewellery shipments are insured and require delivery confirmation. Please inspect the package before accepting it.

Returns and exchange
Unused products may be returned within 7 days in their original packaging, subject to quality inspection. Personalised, worn or damaged products may not be eligible.

Jewellery care
Keep jewellery away from perfumes, water, hairspray and harsh chemicals. Store each piece separately in the supplied soft pouch.
After wearing, gently wipe your jewellery with a clean, dry, soft cloth to preserve its finish.
